Accept the work as completed for the Annual Signing and Striping Improvement Project, CIP No. 50109 constructed by WGJ Enterprises, Inc., dba PCI (PCI) and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention and all other monies due to PCI, following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.
