- 1. Approve the plans and specifications for the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Sidewalk Improvements – Community Development Block Grant Project (CDBG), CIP No. 50131; 2. Award a Construction Contract for a not-to-exceed amount of $224,510 to ASAD Holdings, LLC dba OrangeBlue General Contractors, for the ADA Sidewalk Improvements –CDBG Project, CIP No. 50131, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract in a form approved by the City Attorney; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process change orders in an amount not-to-exceed 40% of the total construction contract amount, as needed, up to $90,000 for construction contingency; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption (NOE) for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the NOE with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
