- 1. Approve a five-year agreement with Hinderliter, De Llamas & Associates (HdL) for sales, use, and transactions tax client services and audit recovery services. Client services shall not exceed $60,000 over the five-year term, and the audit recovery services shall be compensated on a contingency basis that does not exceed 25% of the recovered revenues. 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
