Authorize the City Manager or his designee to approve change orders, as needed, in an amount not-to-exceed $60,000 (approximately 5% of the total contract amount) for construction contingency; 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents related to the purchase and installation of the field system; and 4. Approve the Notice of Exemption for the subject project and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Exemption with the County Recorder, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
