Amend FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget by transferring $200,000 from the Teen Center Renovation project funding in the CIP Fund to the Aquatic Project; 4. Amend FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget by appropriating $2,114,885 from the Senate Bill 1 Fund balance to the Road Resurfacing Program – Overlay and Reconstruction 2025-27 project; 5. Amend FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget by transferring $2,114,885 from the CIP funding for the Road Resurfacing Program - Overlay and Reconstruction 2025-27 project to the Aquatic Project; 6. Amend FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget by transferring $545,875 from the General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to the CIP Fund and then appropriating the same amount to the Aquatic Project; and 7.
